At Tam's Shoemaker, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted footwear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn shoes back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
